5 Years After the Entrepreneurial Bug Bit Me

Back in 2020, when life hit rock bottom, I took a decision to take charge of my life. And since then, I have never looked back. When life hit hard and took me 1 step backward, I chose a steady stride and walked 2 steps forward. All the wonders that can happen when the entrepreneurial bug bites you!

Today I am a successful business owner. And I call myself successful not because of the money I make, but because of the tribe I have built, the people I have helped, and the inspiration I have given to so many young girls out there.

In 2020, I quit my IT job and started my freelancing business — a decision most South Indians would deem as stupid. But I had prepared myself for the worst. I was always looking for glass ceilings to break.

I own my digital marketing agency today, with a team of people working with me. Over the years I have also built multiple streams of passive incomes. All these were not just to have financial stability and freedom. But, also to show this world full of skeptics that a girl with no business background, no prior MBA, not from the IITs and IIMs, can also make it big in this world.

I have also coached so many Indian women out there to start their own venture, and attain financial stability. So many women have limiting beliefs that marriage and kids are the ends of their careers. I have proved all of them wrong by helping numerous passionate stay-at-home women to take charge of both their families and careers.

As a part of the Digital Deepak Internship Program, Deepak taught us to rise to the top. Because the competition at the bottom is very high, while the competition up there is very low. So, here I am today. I have risen to the top and I reign here now. And, this is just the end of my beginning.
